The SENDCo at West Monkton Primary is Kate Prinn.
West Monkton Primary also employs a team of Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants to assist in the identification of needs and strategies for supporting students identified with SEND.
The school regularly consults with an Educational Psychologist and with other agencies to assist with this process.
Provision for students with SEN and the role of SENCo is overseen by Deputy Headteacher, James Blackmore and SEN Governor, Paul Spencer.
